Good evening dear friends and all of you in @steem-Ghana Community. I am happy to join this Contest organized by @oppongk. When I saw the title of this Contest, I told myself that I must participate on it because it is an interesting one. Yes to be a Steemian, you must have something special that defines as one. But here, I am going to tell us, 3 most important thing that Define A Steemian.

A Steemian must be a good author, but for him/ her to become a good author, he or she needs to know the most important rules and regulations of Steemit platform. For example, a Steemian should know that Steemit platform forbids all forms of plagiarism. So while writing his article, it must be plagiarism free. Engaging in other poeples post is another thing that defines a Steemian. He doesn't drop post a go his way. No he Comments on other people's post knowing it too well that Steemit is an online social media platform.

Another thing that define a Steemian is being active and consistency. Yes this is another important thing because Steemit appreciate someone who is active. A Steemian doesn't allow his post to expire before he will make another one. A Steemian doesn't stop writing because of lack of upvotes. He continues writing hopping that good days lies ahead.

A Steemian always format his work, making it to look neat and attractive by applying markdown styles and text alignment.

To Support the growth and stability of Steemit ecosystem, a Steemian always follow up updates from the Steemitblog. For instance, for the past one month now, Steemitblog came up with an update that we should join various club's like #club5050, club75 and club100. So a Steemian should asked him or herself do I belong to any of the club's. If your answer is yes. That means you are a Steemian.

Following Community updates is another thing that defines a Steemian. A Steemian always follow up rules and regulations and updates from a community he belongs to. He /she also reads rules of each Contest she/he wants to participate and follow the rules.

A Steemian doesn't keep Steemit to himself. He finds out time to tell others about Steemit because, Steemit Love's awareness. A Steemian doesn't sign someone up on Steemit without guidance. It means that a Steemian will have the heart of carrying every one along, by training his/her newbies to grow on Steemit. A Steemian doesn't envy others who gets more upvotes more than them. A Steemian knows that Steemit is not a get reach quick platform, but an investment platform. So instead of cashing out everything he has out, a Steemian has trust on Steemit block chain by saving part of his earnings by Powering up not Powering down.
