First of all, I will like to thank the organizers of this contest, it is really important to know and understand what investment is all about, and I think this will go a long way to help us invest in to steemit to help increase its value in the market.

Steemit is a platform where we create contents and are rewarded for contributing to the growth and development of the platform. In order to maximize your returns and the rewards you earn on the platform, you have to increase your stake or influence by investing in the platform. So in simple terms, investment in steemit is committing your time and resources to the steem network in order to increase the value of steem in the crypto market.

Investment in to steemit can be done in different ways and forms, I will categorize the ways we can invest in to steemit in two ways, which are committing my time and my resources.

Steemit can become active and lively when we invest our time to create contents and also interact on the platform, another important way to also invest your time into steemit is by partaking in promotional exercises, talking about steem to people both investors and Creators and also bringing them on board is a very good way to invest your time into steemit. Especially when we target investors, they come on board to inject their cash in to the steem network in the form of investment, I personally spend a lot of time doing promotional activities because I believe that when there is a mass adoption of steem it can be used as a mode of payment by a larger proportion of people there by increasing the growth of steemit.

Another way is to invest through powering up your Steem power (SP), this is when we commit our steem to a long term investment on the platform. When we power up our steem, it gives us much influence on the platform and greater curation rewards. Powering up can be done with our steem from our wallet or we can set our rewards distribution to 100 % SP. Steemit is made up of several communities and one aim of steemit is encouraging community building, we can also invest in to steemit by delegating our SP to support community development. It shows our believe and our commitment to the steem network.

Steemit like any other organization needs capital to stay relevance in the market, it is our responsibility as steemians to invest on the platform so as to keep steem increasing in value. Also, it gives us much influence on the platform and also quarantee us a greater rewards on the platform. It shows our commitment and the believe we have on Steemit, that steemit will grow to become bigger in the future 😊.
