IThe World of XPILAR - LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #107 ~ Countryside
This is my entry for landscape/seascape photography and art contest hosted by @axeman.
Unlike an island that is a rugged area without much arable land, the situation in the countryside is completely different. The village is rich in arable land, the whole valley is cultivated, dominated by vineyards, orchards and olive trees.
In addition to agriculture, almost every house is engaged in farming or livestock, some for sale and some for themselves.
Observing the characteristics of wind in Croatia, it can be concluded that Croatia has dozens of areas that have satisfactory wind potential for the construction of power plants. Measurements of certain wind characteristics (speed, direction, frequency) have shown that the Adriatic area is more favorable for the use of wind energy than the continental part of Croatia.
Therefore, the first Croatian wind farms were built in this area.

The countryside will always be of great benefit when it is properly cultivated and can be self-sustaining for the food needs of the inhabitants.
Yes friend, food and water are the future, whoever is self-sustaining will be a rich man.
