When my mother's face was crying
before this morning, I wanted to share another short story with the title When my mother's face was crying.
in short
this girl is a country girl who intends to leave her village to find work in the city, because in her village only she remains, still choosing to live with her mother since her father died 3 years ago, but everyday they only rely on harvesting fruits in some of their gardens , because of the long dry season, not surprisingly, they can only eat one day at home with their mother.
at a lonely moment, even this girl intends to say this to her mother, but unfortunately, her heart is still very heavy to say it, because remembering all their shortcomings, then, the thing she wanted to leave was told to her mother.
on the sidelines they were not doing activities, and even this young girl said it, by taking a deep breath and saying.
laila : mom, i want to find a job in the city, just for a few months, can i get permission from you.
mother : with surprise and looked at her daughter said, is it that important to you.
laila : mom...it's only temporary, while we're waiting for the dry season to finish, after that I'll be back as soon as possible.
mother... pensive, and the sad atmosphere was immediately seen, and this mother replied, wiping away her tears, okay my son, if that is your decision, mother will bless you to go to the city.
Laila : While hugging her mother, Laila also thanked her mother.
towards evening, Laila had prepared her things, the sound of the chickens was heard, indicating morning, and at exactly 07.00 WIB, Laila mother had prepared her breakfast to eat, they ate together.
After everything was finished, I even said goodbye, Mother, I have to go now, while waiting for the village motorcycle taxi to pick her up. and the mother just nodded her head, saying: "take good care of yourself" yes...mother...answered lalila weakly and sadly.
After Laila walked a few steps, it turned out that Laila mother was crying very hard, so she heard it, while looking back. Laila can only close her mother's face like the picture below:
