At this point we do need a proof that it is yours and not plagiarized. Especially that the signature on the drawing doesn't correspond to your nickname on steemit
Just to mention, in case if you use somebody's else artwork of photography, you must clearly indicate the source. And even in that case that against my contest rules, where has to be ORIGINAL artworks only presented

The artwork was drawn by my younger brother sir , he isn't part of steemit community and the artwork hasn't been used on any social media platform before so I thought it was ok to use it for the contest, pls what do u advise that I do now?
Well this is difficult case. I would suggest best way is to invite your younger brother to steemit as well, there is no age restriction here. And maybe you can help him to start own blog showing the process of how he draws etc...
Otherwise you have to mention who is original author. But as have mentioned this wouldn't count as valid entry to my contests
