After watching the picture A story Blinked in my Mind so here it is.

In the image we can see the mountains , These mountains are more powerful than any of the thing in the world Maybe just because they all are having Powerful bond between each other.

Now on the other Side we can consider it as a hard working person with the strong bondings Like bondings with seniors,juniors, different communities, culture,cast the person made himself stronger and with the help of all those people he is now reaching the sky ( As can be seen Looks like mountain's Peak touching the sky)

Also those people who keeps on discouraging you cannot see the opposite side of mountain how you really held up until and unless they reach to the same peak as you do.

Conclusion:

We can find this image as a motivating image which is telling us that if have stronger bond with each other soon we will touch the sky of success.
