I immerse myself in the world of work from Monday to Thursday 👩🏻‍💻 and then on Friday I can be with my family and try and find myself again. On Friday evening, I camp downstairs in the living room with my children and we listen to Yoga Nidra, which usually includes a body scan and visualisation 🧘🏻‍♀️

We are preparing to travel to Venice in a week’s time. We have booked an apartment near Rialto and hope to travel lightly and simply ✈️
