A Graphite Piece

It’s a beautiful day this morning and the start of a week and something good. Today I’m starting off my exams. For two straight weeks it was postponed but the day has finally come. At first when I got the news that the exams were postponed I wanted to travel home to spent the two weeks with my brother whom I haven’t seen for months but the money I was expecting didn’t pull through so I stayed behind. At that time the wait was very exhaustive but now, slowly, it’s coming to an end.

At the time I pondered and made some of these drawings. It is the pondering that made me share this particular piece. I have a lot in my collection now but the concept of looking forward, facing the unknown is something I felt is worth sharing.
