The World of XPILAR - LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #116 - Hiking in Mauritius
This photo was taken on a hike to the top of Le Pouce Mt. in mauritius. Even Mauritius is a tropical island where it's the beaches that attracts most tourist, the island also ofers great hiking possibilities. This mountain is located close to the capital and when on the top you will be able to get a stunning views of most of the coast all the way around the island.

Thank you :) I really enjoyed hiking in Mauritius. On a clear day it's possible to see the whole island from the top of Le Pouce moutain. There were clods when I was here, but we still got an amazing view.
That island looks great, that view of the mountains and seeing the clouds from that point makes the picture very beautiful!
