On using the flexible working times in the working life, and revealing everybody with bad intentions and behavior against us!
You know, today we should just work how much the leaders and the contract are telling us, and we can work when we can, and we should fill our working time with content, pleasure and convenience, and we should want people go to hell with being badly orientated against us, and we cannot have all these things going to hell, but at least we should be properly, and we should just have the calls and making the calls just as we feel it, and it is also related to what we think!
We should always have philosophy in our lives, and we should show our competence, and we should ignore people being badly against us, and nowadays the rules and the norms is to work much, and not being told by everyone what to do, but we are within the firms that we are from time to time, and we should not just follow what is being said and written to us, because we should form our own lives with content and with structure, and there are problems with getting messages and publications done in life, and there are many people just living as they are doing with no plan or no philosophy while they are living the life as they are doing. But you know, maybe we are the only people being educated in long duration from NHH and SNF in Bergen, and this education has something to say for the opportunities we are getting, and we must just ignore signs and things that are happening where we are living, because life is about making your own statements and opinions about how to understand different things, and we are using our intelligence to find the problems, and finding the solutions on what is happening.
The most hating thing in life, is about people always telling you everything about what to do, and we should instead use our competence and our knowledges about what is happening, and people are telling me that there are many strange things in working life, and we need to find the ways to operate, and these ways should be better than everything happened before. And you know, we should always ask ourselves where we have been, and what we are qualified to, and we should compare every result on every level, and you know this is the reason that we are perceiving that we are perceiving. And we should do as our leaders and employees are telling us, and environments with badly intention should go to hell. And today, the best thing in our lives is about working flexible working times, and we should work as much as the contract is telling us, but we can work flexible in using the time, and this is up to you and me and the leaders. So, we should do the life in our ways, and if we are forced to do bad things, we should exclude ourselves from the environments, and therefore we are our own bosses in the life. And we can say and write anything that is possible, and we should be constructive and positive about what is happening from time to time and from place to place.
Life is about working and having enough and good enough leisure time, and we are free to take the choice that are coming, and working life is both about stable working time and working efforts, and with dynamic working time and working efforts. And we should just work as much as the contract is telling us, and sometimes we can work to different times, and this is just about perception, and for accepting that there are flexible working times in our heads and in our minds. So, we have conditions and different campaigns to work with, and we should give our best efforts, and we should make something new and distinct about what is happening. And we should ignore people being badly against us, and many of them do not have the competence to lead the world, and something is also wrong competence, and what we using our time within, determines what our opportunities in the working life really are about.
So, any attack from anyone should be met by defensive strategies, and there are many people meaning wrong things, and we should not accept any lecture unless it is in world class. And you know, we should work enough when we are working, but the framing of the working places, that is up to you and me. So, loving and accepting the behavior, that is about what we are doing. And we can work overtime in related to what has been agreed upon!
