My entry for contest hosted @axeman. Thanks for great contests for all of us to enjoy and take part in :)

My art depicts - Rainy City Night Collage - with electric coloured lights in cobalt blue and yellow. Rain often causes distortion of colours and reflections, mirrored on the wet tarmac roads and vehicles.

Credit - my own photography and layering effects, from various images in my art file.
