My favorite Edit - Rose in front of Castle
Last year, we traveled to various places in NRW to get to know our own state a little better. Here you can see the medieval castle Satzvey in the background. It is a moated castle from the early 12th century and is located in the Eifel. People live in the castle even nowadays and festivities often take place. We were in Satzvey during the week in the morning, which made the place look not so busy, but we saw many flyers advertising castle festivals and other activities. In the foreground you can see a rose about to bloom. The weather was not so good that day, which can be seen by the raindrops on the rose. Still, it was really nice and Satzvey Castle is definitely worth a visit. Here I have edited the image in different styles.
Letztes Jahr haben wir verschiedene Orte in NRW bereist, um auch mal das eigene Bundesland ein wenig besser kennenzulernen. Hier sieht man die mittelalterliche Burg Satzvey im Hintergrund. Sie ist eine Wasserburg aus dem frühen 12. Jahrhundert und liegt in der Eifel. In der Burg leben auch heutzutage Menschen und es finden oftmals Festivitäten statt. Wir waren unter der Woche morgens in Satzvey, wodurch der Ort nicht so belebt aussah, haben aber viele Flyer gesehen auf denen Werbung für Burgfeste und andere Aktivitäten gemacht wurde. Im Vordergrund sieht man eine Rose, die kurz vorm Erblühen ist. Das Wetter war an dem Tag nicht so gut, was durch die Regentropfen auf der Rose erkennbar ist. Trotzdem war es echt schön und die Burg Satzvey ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Hier habe ich das Bild in verschiedenen Stilen bearbeitet.

It gives a sensation of a fairy tale with the rose, very nice photography, it must be very interesting to visit the castle, if I am not mistaken its origins date back to the 12th century

Good evening @chrislybear I am usually crazy about colours but looking at the rose in front of the castle images I like the black and white photograph best. I guess because we have all heard lots about roses are red and some of us find them a bit of a cliche really. So I personally would go for the last image featured here which to me is an interesting, unusual, even bold take on a rose.
