Ghostly silhouettes of swamps.
There is something that early morning and swamps have in common probably that early morning is no longer night but not yet day and swamps are not land and not a lake either something in between.
On the outskirts of our city, within walking distance there is a swampy area where you can still see wild nature and sometimes after I took the kids to school I made a small detour returning home through these swamps in the hope that my camera would catch something interesting.
But early morning is not the best time for this the twilight in which you can only see silhouettes.
But if the sun rises high enough then as a bonus you can get some macro photography of drops of morning dew on the first spring flowers.
But until that moment you have to be content with the silhouettes of dried vegetation against the background of a dull sky.
If you have time you can catch the silhouette of birds flying past in the lens.
Some plants like this wild carrot can be identified while others remain a mystery.
Usually the silhouettes are silent until the silhouette of an alarmed magpie appears and starts screaming to the whole swamp that an uninvited guest has appeared here.
