My main event of today is the road. I drove 500 km today.
Where did I go? To his beloved mother-in-law. Last year I would have said that I went to my beloved father-in-law, but my father-in-law left us last fall by the "path of flowers" to another world. Therefore, today I went with my daughter to my mother-in-law.
When we left home in the morning, my daughter said that we were going towards the rain. But in fact, after leaving the city, we turned towards a clear sky and the rain clouds remained behind us.

I was driving from Kirov towards Kostroma.
I don't want to complain about the road. The asphalt was bad, with pits only in one stretch between the cities of Kotelnich and Sovetsk. They started to do pit repairs there, but the pits in that place are frankly large and a lot.
I remember how in the early noughties of this century the pits on this section of the road were filled with sawdust. Road services need to change the base of the road, not just the top surface. But I know that our Government does not give money for this. They go to another place.
But the rest of the road was good. I tried not to drive very fast. My navigator started to warn me if the speed exceeded 150 km/h. I hope that in future years the road will be maintained in good condition.

In the Kostroma region, we had to stand at a red traffic light at bridges under repair.. It was near the village of Ponazyrevo. My wife's homeland. When we drove through this place together, she always remembered that as a child she and her friends swam in these rivers. I haven't been going with my wife to her parents for several years, because one of us has to stay at home with my mom. She is also not young for a long time and she has health problems, so we try not to leave her alone at home. And we also need to feed our pets.

This is the Prudovka River. According to his wife, this is her favorite river. Upstream is the village where she was born.
I specifically stopped by the river to take some photos and send them to my wife via Telegram messenger.
I myself grew up on a similar small forest river that flowed into a slightly larger river. I learned to fish on these rivers in my childhood.

That's it, my daughter has fallen asleep. She slept the remaining 150km sitting in a chair. I thought she would fall asleep almost immediately at the beginning of the trip, but it happened much later. The daughter is growing up. Soon she will be 14 years old.
