This city is located in the province and not everyone can know about the leaning tower. There is no advertisement here for tourists to come in droves to look at it. The tower was built in the Scottish Gothic style and was supervised by a German architect. For a long time, the tower housed a water pumping system that supplied the city with drinking fresh water.
