Conclusions
On 30-01-2023, the most popular DeFi platform was PancakeSwap, which ranked first in both 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day rankings. On 06-06-2023, i.e. after almost 5 months, the situation changed.
Today, the most popular DeFi platform seems to be Stargate. A platform I haven't heard much about, but it seems compatible with several blockchains: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Optimism, Fantom, Arbitrium. One of the DeFIs that I see in these rankings so far since the beginning of 2023 is 1inch Network. I am not familiar with this DeFi platform however I have heard good things about it and I am now noticing that it is a resilient platform and is not dropping out of these rankings. The exit instead of PancakeSwap surprised me. I would never have thought it could disappear so quickly from these lists given its dominance in the past, a dominance made up of so many months spent occupying the top spot.

Conclusioni
Il 30-01-2023 la piattaforma DeFi più popolare era PancakeSwap, che risultava prima sia nella classifica a 24 ore, sia in quella a 7 giorni, sia in quella a 30 giorni. Il 06-06-2023, cioè dopo quasi 5 mesi, la situazione è cambiata.
Oggi la piattaforma DeFi più popolare sembra essere Stargate. Una piattaforma di cui non ne ho sentito parlare molto, ma sembra compatibile con diverse blockchain: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Optimism, Fantom, Arbitrium. Una delle DeFI che per ora vedo in queste classifiche sin dall’inizio del 2023 è 1inch Network. Non conosco questa piattaforma DeFi però ne ho sentito parlare bene ed ora sto notando che è una piattaforma resiliente e che non sta uscendo da queste classifiche. L’uscita di scena invece di PancakeSwap mi ha stupito. Non avrei mai pensato che potesse sparire così velocemente da queste liste visto il suo dominio in passato, un dominio fatto di tantissimi mesi passati ad occupare il primo posto.
