Chi cerca trova…Reperti Antichi! – Who seeks finds… Ancient Finds!

Se c’è una cosa che proprio non manca in Italia sono i Reperti Archeologici.
Basta scavare per lavori di qualsiasi tipo e ci si imbatte in ritrovamenti di grande importanza storica.

Oggi ho fatto un salto all’Ikea alla ricerca di qualcosa che poi non trovo mai, però come sempre quando vado lì rimango affascinata dai Reperti Archeologici chiusi in una teca, ritrovati anni fa durante la costruzione del primo negozio Ikea di Roma.

Puntualmente mi soffermo a contemplarli, ma la maggioranza delle persone tira via e neanche se ne accorge!

Ogni volta mi domando se noi italiani siamo consapevoli del nostro immenso patrimonio storico-artistico-culturale, e quanto potremmo valorizzarlo, anche solo per fini economici… visto che è la nostra ricchezza più importante!
Ovviamente mi do anche una risposta, che però non è positiva, ma sono fiduciosa!

If there is one thing that is not lacking in Italy, it is the Archaeological Finds.
Just dig for any type of work and you will come across finds of great historical importance.

Today I went to Ikea in search of something that I never find, but as always when I go there I am fascinated by the Archaeological Finds closed in a display case, found years ago during the construction of the first Ikea store in Rome.

Punctually I stop to contemplate them, but the majority of people pull away and don't even notice!

Every time I ask myself if we Italians are aware of our immense historical-artistic-cultural heritage, and how much we could enhance it, even if only for economic purposes… since it is our most important wealth!
Obviously I also give myself an answer, but it is not positive, but I am confident!
