##Challenge: Capture the Passage of Time through Food

When I first see contest, i knew exactly how I wanted to interpret the theme of “The Passage of Time” through a delicious transformation of a classic dish: Lablabi i get this idea from the chalnage before and after .

Before: Raw Potential

In this first photo, you can see the beginning stages of my Lablabi preparation. The bowl is filled with a smooth, flawless mixture. a palette of culinary possibilities, the spoon is calmly waiting to tell the story of the transformation.

Next: The Moment of Enjoyment

in a few moments, the surface of the ivy has completely changed. Once the spoons are removed, the previously smooth surface is transformed, revealing the texture and depth of this traditional dish. The spoon tells a story about enjoying the passage of time through the simple act of eating hahah .

Same theme: The ivy pot remains motionless
