Nella giornata di ieri ho fatto una bella camminata rilassante nel parco naturale regionale della Lessinia, non so se vi avevo già parlato di questo post in qualche precedente articolo, ma praticamente si tratta di una riserva naturale che oltre a darti la possibilità di vedere dei bellissimi panorami, hai la possibilità di andare a contatto con una varietà immensa di flora e fauna, purtroppo la cosa negativa è che in Italia i parchi non funzionano come nel resto d'Europa o addirittura negli Stati Uniti dove sono molto più tutelati, qui vengono definiti parchi con alcune regole abbastanza stringenti sulla tutela della natura Però in realtà controlli ce ne sono veramente pochi.

Il parco regionale della Lessinia sicuramente è un posto dove tante persone come ho fatto io ieri possono venire qui per svolgere attività di trekking, oppure ci sono parecchi percorsi per fare giri in mountain bike, addirittura ultimamente c'è la tendenza di utilizzare le e-bike, e qualcuno viene anche qui col cavallo perché se in una zona completamente chiusa ai mezzi come le auto, sicuramente si può fare un giro in tranquillità con il cavallo.

La giornata di ieri dopo il temporale che c'era stato in nottata, prometteva un tempo molto bello Anche se devo dire la verità a questa altitudine c'era parecchio freddo infatti non sono mai stato in maniche corte, mi è anche piaciuta come camminata perché comunque non c'era tantissima gente, probabilmente tante persone non si sono fidate delle previsioni, ma io fortunatamente ero anche organizzato anche in caso di pioggia, è una delle regole secondo me fondamentali quando si viene in montagna.

Questo è un paradiso naturale si trova a ridosso delle Prealpi o anche questa catena chiamata piccole Dolomiti, e diciamo che generalmente l'altitudine qui siamo sui 1.500 metri ma si può raggiungere certi rifugi che si trovano quasi a 2000 metri, probabilmente qualche escursione che farò sicuramente quest'estate quando avrò un po' più di tempo.

In questa zona ci sono tanti siti archeologici perché qui la storia parte già dall'epoca preistorica, in questo parco naturale sono presenti diversi musei legati ai fossili, ma anche in queste zone si è combattuto una bruttissima guerra cioè la prima guerra mondiale, e in alcune zone sono state recuperate la zona delle Trincee ed è stata trasformata in un museo.

Come potete vedere dalle foto, non ci sono foreste, o meglio dove sono andato io è molto brillante come zona e di solito viene dedicata ai pascoli, diciamo che le foreste si trovano in altitudine più bassa, quindi è sempre consigliato venire a fare passeggiate qui quando il meteo è nuvoloso perché altrimenti veramente si rischiano bruciature.

Yesterday, I had a wonderful and relaxing walk in the Lessinia Regional Natural Park. I'm not sure if I've already mentioned this place in some previous articles, but it's essentially a nature reserve that not only offers breathtaking views but also allows you to be in contact with a vast variety of flora and fauna. Unfortunately, the downside is that parks in Italy don't function as well as those in the rest of Europe or even the United States, where they are better protected. Here, they are designated as parks with some fairly strict rules for the preservation of nature, but in reality, there are very few checks and controls.

The Lessinia Regional Park is undoubtedly a place where many people, like me yesterday, come to engage in activities such as trekking. There are also several mountain biking trails, and lately, there's a trend of using e-bikes. Some even come here on horseback, as this area is completely closed to vehicles like cars, making it a perfect place for a peaceful horse ride.

Yesterday's weather promised to be beautiful after the overnight storm, although I must admit that at this altitude, it was quite chilly. I never took off my long sleeves. I enjoyed the walk because there weren't too many people around. Perhaps many didn't trust the weather forecasts, but luckily, I came prepared for any rain, which I consider one of the essential rules when coming to the mountains.

This natural paradise is nestled in the vicinity of the Prealps, also known as the Little Dolomites. Generally, the altitude here is around 1,500 meters, but certain refuges can be found at almost 2,000 meters. I'm planning to undertake some excursions here this summer when I have a bit more time.

In this area, there are many archaeological sites, as history dates back to prehistoric times. The natural park houses various museums dedicated to fossils, but it's also a place where a terrible war was fought—the First World War. Some areas have preserved trenches and have been transformed into museums.

As you can see from the photos, there aren't many forests around where I was walking. The area is mostly bright and used for pastures. The forests are found at lower altitudes, so it's advisable to come for walks here when the weather is cloudy, as you can easily get sunburned otherwise.
