The best way to get any staff to pose for a shot like this is to say that their boss will be happy when this post of them shows up when they Google themselves.

They don't have a website for H2, but their Facebook page is:

The girl working there was very nice and wanted to take this picture again because she thought she looked bad, but I assured her that my western followers would think she's lovely.

H2 is a small cafe down the street north of the supermarket downtown. I had to twist the camera at an angle to get this shot and wasn't able to cut out the trash can with the lid all open, but I didn't want to go so far as Photoshoping it. Isn't it weird how some companies in the IT space have been promoted to being verbs?

I'll do a post about this supermarket tomorrow. I thought about doing the posts together, but they're not really next to each other and don't really have anything in common other than the fact they're on the same street.

I think it's a clever name for a cafe. It reminds me of the Hummer 2 or Terminator 2. The Lao writing says, "Luang Prabang branch."

Are you like me and only read what you WANT to see? I read this as, "Drinking makes you happy."

Maybe it was because I was on my third beer of the day.

Here's where I enjoyed my strawberry shake and used their WiFi to download some torrents. It was all good until a gang of highschool girls showed up and dropped the WiFi speed down to 1999 levels.

I can't believe I forgot to take a picture of my shake. It looked just as advertised in this picture. There are countless nice cafes like this here in Luang Prabang. Thanks for checking out H2 with me today.
