MekaVerse NFT Collection : MekaVerse is a non-fungible token (NFT) collection on the Ethereum network consisting of 8,888 robot-style artifacts called Mekas. These images are inspired by the Japanese mecha anime series Mobile Suit Gundam' and are 3D-rendered with unique features. The project was released in October 2021.

Mekaverse was created by European graphic designers Matthew Braccini and Matte, who formed MekaLabs in September 2021. The collection is divided into four parts: Original Mechas, Mirage, Gadians, and F-Nine.

The project has plans for future expansion, including merchandising, airdrops for existing NFT holders, and collaboration with the Metaverse platform.

Now I will try to give some history of MekaVerse nft collection:The concept of MekaVerse was created by European graphic designers Matthew Brackini and Matti, who formed MekaLabs in September 2021.

The pair were inspired by Japanese anime culture and designed Gundam-like mechs after traveling Asia for five months. They collaborated with Julien van Dorland to bring the project to life.

The MekaVerse NFT collection was launched in October 2021, with the project selling over $60 million in the first 24 hours. The raffle drop took place on October 6, 2021 before the launch. A total of 172,876 wallet owners registered for the raffle and the first batch of winners were announced on October 7.

Secondary buyers bought Mekas in the secondary market on October 8, with 8,593 Mekas minted by 5,453 wallets. The official release on October 13 was delayed due to 10 Mecha identical features, but the release finally took place in October.
