Unexpected death in the Family

on 12th June 2021, my cousin quietly departed the world, leaving behind a son and a daughter.

It was unexpected because she was so careful with what food she ate, and also did lots of exercises from Marathon, Bicycling , Golf, Walks, just to near a few.

She was found lying down peaceful... and the results so far are low potassium in the system. Too low in fact.

I've lost a friend Gordon late last year, to cardiac arrest due to high potassium levels in the body, caused by dysfunctional organ due to cancer.

Rest in Peace, and if there is an after life, may it be filled with bliss !
