On the Idea of the Witness System

For witnesses
I have some amendments

Opinion one
Vote for witnesses
Currently can vote for 30 people
Everyone gets their own 100% support
Proposed to be changed to a total of 100%
such as
witnesses A get 20% SP
witnesses B get 12% SP
all witnesses, The total cannot exceed 100%
This means that
such as
Own SP is 5000
The 30 witnesses supported by this 5000SP
Cannot be greater than its own 5000SP

Proposed by witnesses
Vote for the community decision
But in this vote
Witnesses should have higher votes
Avoid cutting witnesses' advantage to oversize
So as not to lose attractiveness
Witnesses still have a relatively large weight
When the community voted,
so as like
Ordinary people's weight = 1
The weight of the top 20 witnesses is 20
The weight of the first 100 witnesses is 5

将自己的票投给见证人
目前可投给30人
每个人都拥有自己100％的支持
建议改成总计100％
例如
投给甲是20％的SP
投给乙是12％的SP
总计不能超过100％
意思是说
例如
自身的SP是5000
那这5000SP所支持的30位见证人
最高不能大于自身的5000SP

提案的改变
由见证人提案
在经由社区投票来决定是否通过
但在这个投票之中
见证人的票权应当要较高一些
避免将见证人的优势来削减过大
以免丧失吸引力
见证人还是要有比较大的权重的
例如社区投票的时候
普通人的权重= 1
前20位见证人的权重是20
前100位见证人的权重是5
