继昨天做了清蒸鸡后,还剩下半只鸡在冰箱,于是今晚我就拿出来,再做一道懒人菜,由于是自己乱来的,姑且把它叫酱油鸡。首先跟昨天一样用酱油,蚝油,盐,二锅头,生粉拌匀腌制一个小时,然后加上姜片,大蒜切粒,热锅下油,然后把腌好的鸡肉倒下锅翻炒一下,加适量水后盖上锅盖大火煮个三分钟,然后开盖收汁即可。由于记性不好,忘记拍煮好后的照片了。🤣🤣
