Since childhood, I really liked smoothies. In my opinion, smoothies were very delicious. love it even every time my mom buys avocados I always tell my mom to make avocado smoothies for me,
I would even drink smoothies several times a week when I was little.

But this time I want to present my favorite smoothie since I was little until now, which is avocado smoothie with chocolate milk. best in my opinion, because I really like avocados

This avocado fruit is also often used for snacks when on a diet because avocado fruit is high in fiber and for diet snacks this avocado fruit is processed with a variety of dishes, some process it into smoothies and others, this avocado also has saturated fat, but to get the best results the best you can mix avocado fruit with cucumber and chia seeds for natural sweetener you can add a few tablespoons of honey, as we know that chia seeds are very good for dieting because chia seeds can make you full longer, thereby suppressing appetite controlled, because these ingredients are very good for your diet program and these ingredients are also very good for diets because the fruit is very high in fiber so it is very good for diet programs, avocados are also very good for pregnant and lactating women because avocados contain folic acid, which as we know that folic acid is needed by fetus for fetal development and folic acid can also prevent defects in the fetus

The ingredients needed in making a mixed avocado smoothie recipe:

Steps in making a mixed avocado smoothie:

after that cut the cucumber according to individual tastes, and after the cucumber is cut then put it in the blender that already contains the avocado earlier

then prepare 5 dates, split the dates and remove the seeds, and then put them in a blender

And after that the mixed avocado smoothie is ready to be decorated, first prepare 2 glasses then pour the avocado smoothie into the glass
