Hi, this is my participation this cool and fun challenge that our friend @decuartae is doing. I hope she and you will be interested in this shrimp and hearts of palm casserole 🍤.

I tried this dough today and I loved it, it stays crispy and doesn't break when you flip the top. I cut it while hot and then it broke, better to wait.

You can make the filling of your preference.
🍤 Today I made shrimp and hearts of palm (I already had them frozen).

I made the Pasta with wheat flour,margarine (I have made it with butter and I found it crispier with margarine) egg yolks, salt, water .In a bowl I put the wheat and margarine, mix to turn it over , add the yolks, salt and finally the cold water. Mix well, form a ball, put cling film on it and let it freeze for 30 minutes. Divide the dough in half and line the bottom and sides of the mold, put the cold filling and open the lid of the dough on the cling film, it is easier to cover.
I painted with a beaten egg yolk and took it to bake, preheated oven at 180º until golden brown, it took about 45 min.
