Dear friends of the Steemit platform! As the subject of today's contest I am sharing with you an incident related to the above picture. Dear friends! Along the way, every person sows the seeds of dreams in their hearts. Everyone has a certain dream. I am no exception. I am a child of a low class family. My father is a farmer. It was very difficult for me to study. My father had to struggle to bear the cost of my studies properly. When I was a student, I was known in the heart of this society. Since then, thinking about my father's suffering, the dream I drew in my heart was to finish my studies and take up a great profession like teaching. I will dedicate myself and do something for the education of those who are children of lower class families.

After completing my studies, I was not lucky enough to teach in any government institution. I still dreamed. I was able to build a Noorani Pre-Cadet Madrasah in my area by consulting some of my scholar friends and my struggling father. Along with religious education, students have started to develop in modern education. And yes let me tell you! But this institution was not built easily. Some evil people and people of bad character hindered it. By God's grace they all failed.

I inaugurated the institution in the first year in December 2022 by starting nursery and first class. That year there were only two teachers and only thirty students. At the end of the year, the institution caught everyone's attention for improving the quality of education in the area. In the following year, I started the second and third classes and appointed two more teachers. That year the number of students was 55. At the end of the year, the institution caught everyone's attention for improving the quality of education in the area. This year, I have four teachers and 76 students in this institution.
My role in dream realization:- My role in dream realization is that those who are children of low class families, their education cost is completely free.
Sources of income of the institution:- As sources of income are fixed salaries from other students and only a few donor members who earn.
Accountability:- The place of accountability is that on the last Friday of every month all the accounts are given to the dignitaries of the village.
Plans: There are plans to inaugurate the fourth and fifth classes in the future, Insha-Allah.
