A motivational film is a type of movie through which people get inspired to do something awareness, change, and challenging. In these films, the director brings the idea of some positive change in society through real or fictional characters. This change is not only social it can be national or global.
Through any film, biopic, or documentary film, diverse thoughts are brought before everyone. The director or writer presents their message to us through his interesting narration, strong dialogues, and various famous characters. Through this, new possibilities are created in people so that anyone can overcome various obstacles and fulfill their dreams, at the same time changing our society positively.

Being a film lover I watch different types of movies. The message we get at the end of any movie or the education it takes away really makes me want to watch that movie. One of these movies is 3 Idiots which is a Hindi movie. There are many motivational lessons in this movie which made me watch this movie several times. Because in this movie many contexts of life have been presented beautifully.

Three Idiots is a film directed by the very popular Bollywood director Rajkumar Hirani which was released in 2009. The film was a comedy film that dealt with the neighborhood as well as the education system, the love and tenacity of friendship, and the story of an ordinary person becoming extraordinary. It is taken from the novel “Five Point Someone” by popular novelist Chetan Bhagat.

The story is basically about three friends. They were all three engineering students namely Rancho (performed by Aamir Khan), Farhan (performed by R. Madhavan), and Raju (performed by Sharman Joshi). The main protagonist in this film is Rancho. He was independent, intelligent, and a student with great potential. He always preferred to follow his true passion without compromising with the conventional teaching method, and social expectations. We have to chase excellence without running behind so that we achieve success by fulfilling our dreams.

Besides this, he teaches us more that we have to conquer all the hidden fears inside us. We must face our fears courageously without running away. It also presents to us the various flaws in the education system through which many potential students are thrown away from achieving their dreams. This is the reason why students are getting depressed, lose their interest in studying, and sometimes make some unexpected life risk decisions. “3 Idiots” is a movie where both the elements of comedy and emotion are present equally. The movie presents various difficult situations in such a beautiful way with laughter that it really gave me a lot of joy. One moment is very memorable when Raju takes his two friends to his house to introduce him to his family. A hilarious moment is created in that time which is famous as "Khujli Roti".Raju's family is a lower-middle-class family.

The scene of his mom cooking and at the same time serving his father in an unsanitary environment was very funny. There is a deep meaning and sense behind the funny situation no matter how poor a family is they always try to give their best contribution to their child's education. Director Raj Kumar Hirani has presented this difficult real situation very beautifully with us through comedy that we can relate to many.
Besides the comedy, this movie confronts me as a viewer with thoughts by questioning the meaning of our success, happiness, and fulfillment.

Through Rancho’s unconventional approach to life and learning this film challenges societal norms and expectations. It also urges us the viewer to reevaluate our own priorities and beliefs rather than thinking about other's likes or dislikes.

Along with creating humor, the movie instilled in me an important lesson which is that personal happiness should be prioritized over maintaining external expectations or social norms. In addition to this, one more thing has been taught our main goal should be to establish our future by using our innovative energy and talent instead of being in the strict discipline of academic education. Moreover, the bonds that are around us must be maintained with our respect and love. The bonds of friendship become stronger and stronger with time, distance, and age.

In this movie, I get another important lesson we all must accept our failures easily and naturally. Because failure is a part that will make our path to success easier and more easier. Here every character faces various obstacles and failures but for that, they do not break down and with the help of strong mental strength they reach their ultimate goals.

I encourage everyone to watch this movie because this movie will give us a refreshing mindset. Apart from this, various aspects of this movie will help to change our old way of thinking. This movie teaches us not to judge ourselves socially and academically but to believe in our own thinking and talent and move toward our goals. Which will surely lead us to our success. It will also teach us how to ignore the various adversities around us and find strength in unity by trusting
each other.

In conclusion, I can say that this movie is a gem that will entertain us as well as enlighten and inspire the audience. It has depicted before us a new aspect of the education system where students can study with joy. Also teaches us how we admire our every relation and respect it. I would wholeheartedly recommend everyone to see the film "3 Idiots" because this will be an engaging, thought-provoking, and uplifting film that leaves a lasting impact on our lives.
