I count it a pleasure and privilege to take part in this interesting contest, best regards goes to @aroundtheworld.

It is a very nice topic we have here,

*Explain the 5 benefits of regular physical exercises

*why we need to exercise regularly.

But before I say anything on the topic at hand, I
would like to first of all picture out the concept, "EXERCISE",

What is exercise?
It is a forcible or physical activity which is structured, organised, and repetitive with the purpose of disciplining any portion of the body so as to maintain fitness, improve health and create a comfortable mood.
The importance of frequent exercise and forcible activity to our health can not be over emphasised.
Exercise is very important to everybody with no special consideration to physical state of an individual, whether able or disabled, age or sex.
Frequent exercise will enable you maintain your flexibility, stability, health, smartness, strength etc.
Although they are enormous mind blowing benefits of regular exercises, I'm just going to highlight and explain five.

FIVE (5) BENEFITS OF REGULAR PHYSICAL EXERCISE.

(1) IMPROVES MENTAL STATE;
One of the importance of exercise is that it stimulates the different brain hormones which makes your body to feel relaxed, relieved and more happier than before. When someone engages in constant exercise such person's confidence is very high, hence, raising your self esteem.
As a matter of fact, majority of the important hormones which are known as the feel good hormones are found in the brain but mostly dormant and inactive, hence, are stimulated and distributed to the body at any slightest physical activity. Such hormones are..

i, Oxytocin hormone; Majorly called the love hormone. It is very essential Incase of childbirth, strong parent-child bonding and breastfeeding.
Oxytocin hormone also help to promote bonding in relationship, empathy and trust.

Generally, the levels of oxytocin increase with physical engagement like sex, kissing, and cuddling.

ii) Dopamine hormone; Also called, feel-good” hormone. It is a hormone cum neurotransmitter that is an essential part of human brain’s reward system. It functions in association with pleasurable or sweet sensations, alongside motor system function, memory, learning, etc.

iii) Serotonin hormones; this hormone is also a neurotransmitter that helps to regulate and balance your mood such as your appetite, learning ability, digestion, memory, and sleep.

iv) Endorphins hormones; these are actually your natural body pain depressor that your body generates with response to discomfort or stress. The level of Endorphin hormones tend to increase anytime you engage in rewarding activities, like working out, eating, or having sex.

(2) IMPROVES YOUR SOCIAL PARTICIPATION
Exercise assist to prolong & increase independence, it produces a stimulating & assisting environment, so that it enables you to fully take part and be more active in any social and family activities.
From exercise you can make a bunch of interesting friends.

(3) HELPS TO REGULATE BODY WEIGHT;
Though this is very important for everybody, but it is especially important for the over weight individuals.
Excess fat in the body is very detrimental to health and even to life itself. It makes an individual vulnerable to heat, raises blood pressure and in some cases leads to obesity.
So, anytime you participate in physical activity it helps you to burn excess calories. Therefore, The more effort you apply in the activity, much more calories are been consumed which inturn helps you prevent toomuch fat accumulation and excess weight gain.

(4) HELP TO CONTROL, PREVENT AND COMBAT HEALTH DISEASES AND CONDITIONS;
Exercise is one of the ways in which the body is stimulated to remain active and always ready to fight any health issue in sight.
People who exercise a lot hardly fall sick, do not age on time and also have longer live span.
Regular physical activity helps to prevent /manage several health challenges, examples, obesity, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, depression, high, falls, number of type cancer, arthritis etc.

(5) INCREASES YOUR ENERGY, RELAXES YOUR NERVES AND MAKES YOU HAVE A BETTER SLEEP;
Quality exercise releases oxygen & nutrients to the entire body enabling it to work more actively and enhance your rate of endurance.
However, since exercise involves a constant or regular movement of the body in a strategic pattern, it would definitely leave you feeling tired, then would later lead to comfortable sleep that would make you regain sufficient energy when you wake.

IN SUMMARY
In order to maintain health & minimize your tendencyof health challenges, health experts had recommended a atleast 30 minutes of moderate-intensity daily physical activities. Thus, it is rewarding to....

*Endeavor to make out time for some vigorous, regular exercise for additional health & fitness reward

*Make sure you engage in physical activity daily for atleast 30 minutes just as I already mentioned earlier.

*Reduce the amount of time you spent in been dormant and prolonged sitting

*Explore everyday functions as a best opportunity to be busy or active.
