• 1 Coco

• 1 Litro de leche de vaca

• Esencia de Coco

• 30 gr de Azúcar

• 1 cdta de Vainilla opcional

• 1 Coconut

• 1 liter of cow's milk

• Coconut essence

• 30 gr of sugar

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla, optional

Paso a Paso

Step by Step

1. Rayar el coco y colocarlo en un envase.

2. Colocar la leche de vaca en la licuadora junto con el coco rayado, licuar por unos minutos.

3. Pasar la mezcla por un colador y luego proceder a incorporo nuevamente a la licuadora.

4. Incorporar la azúcar, la vainilla y la esencia de coco a la licuadora y seguir licuando la mezcla.

5. Por último colocar la mezcla en los vaso que van a llevarse al refrigerador para que se congelen y puedan disfrutarse de este delicioso helado.
