Spotlight on Poloniex : my life with poloniex

a greeting to this community, in this article I will tell you about one of the platforms that I like the most "poloniex", I thank @steemcurator01 , @steemcurator02 and @steemitblog for their wonderful challenges

How did you first come to know about Poloniex.

En 2015, cuando la crisis en mi país hizo que el valor de la moneda cayera a niveles históricos, el trabajo para los venezolanos dejó de ser rentable. Luego de algunas estafas encontramos la manera de generar una moneda que iba ganando valor y que el estado no podía controlar el "BTC", fue en Poloniex donde di mis primeros pasos en el mundo comercial que vengo desarrollando desde 2016 en un De manera más activa y constante, esta actividad que desarrollo en esa plataforma es parte fundamental de mi economía actual.

What experience have you have had of using Poloniex.

From the beginning Poloniex has been a pillar of my economy. Its ease of use, simplicity and reliability are things that fascinate me about this platform, one of the experiences with this platform is that I suffered a theft by a hacker who could not violate the security of this platform, he used social engineering with me and so he could enter my mail and steal my username and password that was stored in my mail, the hacker used the google authentication recovery seed that was also in the mail and then entered my poloniex account taking almost half of a BTC that I had as working capital.

What features and functions do you like (or dislike) about Poloniex.

One of the things I like most about Poloniex is the low commissions because if you are a low balance investor, the withdrawal costs end up bankrupting new users. The truth is that I find it very low since its beginnings, when other platforms in 2017 raised the withdrawal rates Poloniex kept its usual rates, that is why I think it is a solid platform to start with, not to mention that this platform does not include currencies easily like other platforms where currencies are active one day and disappear the next

Are there any features you would like to see added to Poloniex.

One of the features that I think should be improved are the graphics that do not adapt from my point of view in the application of your phone this is something that limits us investors that we should use other platforms to make the evaluations another thing that can be improved is the customer service which is very slow from my point of view.

If you don't use it already, what would encourage to swap to using Poloniex.

Since I started in the platform one of the things that I advise to the new users is that they should try all the options that there are in the Poloniex platform they will see it very safe, friendly and with the most competitive rates of the market, that is a plus that they will find in few platforms, without a doubt, and with years of use, I can say that this platform is the best

If you do use Poloniex already, would you recommend it to others, and why?

I recommend this platform to my friends and everyone I can because of the security issue, the low rates and that it is the platform I feel most comfortable with since 2016.

this is the most suitable platform if you are new to the world of coins and if you already have some time in the ecosystem here at poloniex you can always count on a platform that reinvents itself to provide the best service it is capable of giving.
