The problems
1)The education system is archaic
As we all are already aware but we do not try to face the truth ,our education system is archaic. It was designed during the industrial revolution and was built to. ater that time not the 21st century. The most important subject are science, math and languages but dance and 🎶 music are at the very bottom.
This type of education was maybe necessary during the Industrial revolution but not now and for some reason designer's , dancers aswell as artist are look down upon in comparison with engineers and doctors.

2)Most of the knowledge is not utilised in the future
It is not a secret that we use only a small part of what we learn at school in real life. Most people spend 12-13 years before they get a specialization degree and then again they spend thier time studying at University. We study so many details but never get the big picture about life. It is inexcusable to have such little knowledge and skills. I am currently studying software engineering here too we learn so deep in math that we probably never even get close to applying any of it in our life.
There an alternative ,where students think critically and analyse the information rather than studying it from books and wite exams based on how much they where as analysing would give them an "application" perspective where they try to apply what they are learning in real life.

3)The wrong mindsets are being developed into individuals
Our education system is based on assigning ranks to everything we are thought that all our life is a race to getting a good job.Education system ranks both us and itself at every chance it gets in order to let us know that most of us are unsuccessful and not part of the top. Here we measure success based on how far along the path we are at but it should be on what how you discovered a new path or how has he/ she come to this far in this path.

Some successfull people who didn't go to school:
Albert Einstein (physicist)
Steve Jobs (entrepreneur)
Bill Gates (entrepreneur)
Thomas Edison (inventor - dropped out of high school)
Andrew Jackson (US president - dropped out of high school)
Robert De Niro (actor )
The current system brainwashes us to think that life is that we should conform rather than innovate.

4)Ones size never fits all
Our education system is based on the idea that every one thinks the same way. We have known for decades that everyone thinks differently .Here there is no doubt each of us is unique but our school fails to take that into account. When a student has a unique talent it's not given importance too and instead bombarded with a lol of useless information.
Each of us is different and we all require different potion of skills but all that uniqueness is just being suppressed by the cram school curriculum.
We need to have more flexible curriculum where its based on applying what we learn and doing more practical tasks.

There are more problems such as grading, giving value to dry knowledge etc. But this is my perspective there are good sides to it too but according to me there is more they need to improve at. Lemme know your thoughts in the comments^^.
