Hello dear members that make life in this distinguished platform, in this opportunity the topic that I come to present is related to the importance of knowing how to relate with the people around us to achieve success in any project that you undertake in life.
To develop this topic, I will take as a reference a writing of a very prestigious author and lecturer named John Maxwell, who in many of his writings gives us tools on how to be an excellent leader and a successful person in the different areas of our social, family, personal and business life..
Sometimes we see people who are in our social or family environment, succeed in life and we think that they have been lucky to be successful in their life projects, however friends let me tell you that this is not a matter of luck, but rather of the different skills that some people develop and allows them to climb more easily and achieve their goals. That is why it can be said that the essential to be successful will depend on the skills that I will describe below:
1. The principle of the lens: it is important to see with attention to the people who work with us or are in our environment, since that way as we observe it we are visualizing ourselves. In life we can find different types of people such as: positive individuals, abstract thoughts, confidence and we can not miss those with negative thoughts or that everyone bothers them, in this case we tend to move away from them for fear of not falling into the same. But what we must keep in mind is that in the same way as we are classifying others we are classifying ourselves.

2. Cultivate friends: all the relationships we have we must take care of them and water them continuously, even if we are sure that they are already won, it is important to cultivate and work continuously to keep that relationship afloat and not allow it to wither or be affected by external factors. Remember that a helping hand is always necessary at any moment of our lives.
3. Patience: is a virtue that not everyone knows, but it is important in relationships of any kind. There are people who want to perform activities in a hurry and do not understand that others can do the same at their own pace. In the same way we must be willing not only to win in life, but we must also be prepared for a possible failure..
4. Attitude: is one of the fundamental bases to win friends, since it depends on it the other principles that have been mentioned above. A positive attitude is essential to be successful and make a difference among a group of people, also the attitude you take when you face an obstacle or problem in your environment will be reflected in the achievement of your goals.
5. The boomeran: When we offer our collaboration to our co-workers or friends or acquaintances, we are also helping ourselves, as this makes us a better person every day and feeds us with new knowledge that we can later implement in other areas.
Being able to achieve all the goals we set is essential to be successful, that is why I recommend you follow the skills that I have just described in this writing and in this way it will make it even easier for you to achieve your goals. Because the goal of every person is to achieve all your dreams even when you are presented with different obstacles in life.
Undoubtedly there are other skills that can be implemented to achieve success in your personal, family and social life, however this time I wanted to share with you only 5 of them, then in future publications I will develop some others.
