Does Hard work Make People Rich and Successful?

have you attended some business seminars or read a few books where you are told that in other to be rich, you just have to work really hard, take risk and be persistent, you would be successful but are this things true? Why do hard work not always provide wealthy people all the time, and is it possible to work your way to prosperity? Well, i have seen a few of people who are successful and they attribute it to hard work, and i have seen a vast majority of people who are very hard working but do not have what to show financially as a proof of hard work.

The fact that a certain number of people work hard and become wealthy doesn't mean everyone who works hard make it. The fact that a school drop out gamer got into gaming and commentating on social media and earned more money than graduates working might sound logical to other drop outs that gaming is the way but at the end of it, we would have to consider the likes of other people who have been doing the same hard work and laying games very hard but didn't become successful in it. The fact that Bill Gates and Steve Jobs Dropped out of school to start tech companies and they became extremely wealthy does not mean that the entire drop outs who went into tech and put in almost the same effort got the same result.

There are a lot of factors that affect our existence in life today and part of which is chance. The fact that hard work and chance work together is something that should be admitted and not solely giving all credits to hard work. Success is a combination of controlled factors and uncontrolled factors and so hard work is one of the controlled factor. It is your hard work that combines with odds in favor makes a better day compared to hard work alone
