ACHIEVEMENT 2 TASK BASIC SECURITY ON STEEM @PRECIOUSISAAC

Hellow dear friends it is a great privilege to be here with you all in this platform , I am here to write m achievement 2 post . Please dear friends continue reading why I will be explaining the basic security on STEEM .

Question 1 have you retrieve all your keys on steemit
Yes I have retrieve them all and I have kept it in my diary were it will be safe

Question 2 do you know each of these key functions and restrictions
Yes I do and they are

Master key : which is used to unlock every other key and it cannot be retrieved when lost and I is also used to generate other keys

Posting key : this key allows us to post , to resteem , to vote ,edit , comment and follow or mute other accounts .

Memo key : this is specifically used for private massaging , it is for encrypting and decryption private massages that are sent through the block chain

Active key : this key is used to transfer balance from one account to another account , is used to power up and down , to convert from SBD to steem , to choose witnesses through voting , it is also used to update profiles

Owner key : owner key is a very important and powerful key that is used when needed , because it can easily change any other key of the account including owner key

Question 3 how do you plan to keep your master password

this master key is very important so I plan to store it in a safer place which is both offline and online .

Question 4 : do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account

Of course I do

Step 1 go to your steemit wallet

Step 2 log in with your master key

Step 3 click on your steem balance

Step 4 click transfer

Step 5 input the user name of the person you want to transfer to and the amount you want to transfer

Question 5 do you know how to power up your steem
Yes I do and Bellow here are some consecutive step on how to power up

Step 1 go to your wallet and then click on your steem and next click on power up

Step 2 then write amount of steem you wan to power up
