How Are You Doing Steemians

Trust you're doing great and winning as usual. Today I won't be much of an introduction as I have already done on my first post, instead it's of to talk a little about security and prod to Steemit how much I understand and appreciate their various security measures and strategy. Of which I actually do, because of my diligent study of it and willingness to obey them all.

Importantance of Security.

Security is very very important, especially when it comes to the internet and online settings and platforms. As for a very standard platform and setting it is crucial to follow all security procedures as it is paramount to all participant and members safety.

As we know it now the internet setting is now filled with so many scammers, hackers, and internet fraudster try day and to catch victims, which is why it is important to appreciate and follow through no matter how rigid the steemit security procedures.

Question 1: Have you retrieve all your keys on Steemit?.

Yes! I have unfailingly took steps to retrieve all my steemit passwords and keys and ensure to save them immediately as pdf to my google drive where they are inaccessible and untamperable.

Question 2: Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?.

Very well of course. I have made sure to keep the pros and cons at the back of my mind and not to be taken for granted. To prove this the functions and restrictions of these keys are as follows;

Posting key: my private posting can be used to log in to my account and also to post, comment, vote, edit, resteem, follow and and mute other accounts.

Active key: it is a key used for more sensitive related task, such as wallet related task like transferring funds, converting Steem dollars, and also power up and power down my steem.

Memo key: It is this key that I'll use for encrypting and decrypting memos when transferring my funds.

Owner key: It is saved for the last because it the most crucial key and meant for use only when necessary. As the most powerful key it can change any other key in my account, including itself.

Question 3: How do you plan to keep your master password?.

Understand how important and crucial it is, my means of overly protecting this key is most importantly offline, and to the cloud Incase my phone crashes.

Question 4: Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?.

Of course I can by directly following the steps bellow, I am to be able to conviniently transfer steem token to another user account;

Firstly is to log into my steemit blog as usual using my private Posting Key, after which I tap on wallet and log into my steem wallet with my private active key. After which I will see steem power and steem, I will click on steem for the purpose of wanting to transfer token to another user account, I will also on the little arrow beside steem.

As you can see here I was presented with different options like transfer, transfer to savings, power up, trade and market. But for the purpose of what I am about to do, I will click on transferring token.

After which I will then input the user name of the account I wish to make the transfer to and the amount and then tap ok and my transfer will be successful.

Question 5: Do you know how to power up your STEEM?.

Very well, I was taught how to power up by my mentor on this platform. After login in to my steemit blog using my private Posting Key I will then open my steem wallet with my private active key and I would tap on the steem option. There are other options below including power up option, I am to click on power up option.

After clicking power up option, a page will then pop up for me to input the amount I want to power up and I will finally click on power up and click Ok.
