I appreciate the admin and moderators of Steem For Bangladesh community for organizing posts on a very important topic in our human life. When you hear the word teacher, education automatically comes to mind. In every person's life, there is a teacher who can be centred or considered as an ideal, it is possible to move forward in the educational life. However, I am trying to present my opinion.

Education is termed the backbone of the nation. When the word education comes, the first word that comes to mind is the teacher. Teachers are the heart of education. Because the quality of the education system depends on the professional skills, dedication and efforts of the teacher. I am not a teacher by profession but I have 4 years of experience in this regard. According to me, a teacher is equal to a father and a guardian. Also, parents play the role of the first teacher in our life.

➾ I am currently not a teacher by profession. But I have 4 years of experience in this regard and so far I have been a teacher of about 8 people. Many people teach for a living! But I used to teach to run my pocket expenses. In addition to education in our society, many do teaching to fulfil their own needs.

➾ I have not faced any challenges as a teacher. The biggest challenge is to give proper education to the students. But we see thousands of incidents in our society centred on teachers, in that case, I can request the parents to be aware.

➾ Environment is very important in education. Invertebrate species are a burden on society. Therefore education is necessary to make the nation a backbone. And for this, two things need to be kept in mind! Family first, school second. Circumstances can shape anything. If the campus is clean and student-friendly, students will naturally become interested in school. Education without joy is no education. Elements of learning exist in every brick of the classroom and classroom. For this reason, it is important to make the classroom suitable for the students. Some things must be kept in mind. What people learn with joy lasts forever. As a result, students need to create a pleasant environment to develop their talents and latent talents.

➾ I have not pursued any professional development opportunities But I think it's hard to plan and execute creative opportunities for teachers to continue building their skills. Teacher professional development is any type of continuing education endeavour for educators. This is one way that teachers can improve their skills and, in turn, increase student outcomes.

➾ Higher education is very expensive in the current context. Many people dream of going abroad for higher education, but realizing this dream becomes difficult due to finances. In my opinion, the alternative to say that we are now in Bangladesh is very good quality! But many people who have the ability go outside the country for higher education even for mental satisfaction.

In terms of teaching, every teacher teaches in a different pattern, not everyone's pattern is the same. Some things I have always followed, I have shared below:

⊙ I used to go to study on time

⊙ I used to find out which parts of the students have faults and work to develop them

⊙ Teaching with joy, education without joy is no education. I always tried to teach with joy

⊙ I used to treat them like brothers

⊙ I used to give them extra time before the exam

⊙ I used to teach techniques to get good results in exams
