So the topic that I have got the opportunity to write on is the adequate amount of sleep. We all know how important sleep is for us apart from our daily activities. Lack of sleep or too much sleep has a bad effect on our health. This contest is very interesting and very important topic for our life which has been held by @suboohi

How much adequate amount of sleep is beneficial for good health.

Along with diet and exercise, sleep is also very important for our health. A good sleep keep freshed your brain performance, mood and health.If you do not sleep regularly, you fall into many diseases and disorders.

Due to poor sleep you fall in many diseases such are high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes and depression etc. On the other hands, it is very necessary proper sleep for daily routine. It is important to sleep for at least seven or eight hours after working all day.

It proves to be the best to remove memory recall and reduce mental fatigue. People who do not get proper sleep are always disturbed in every task. As a result, they are fall in Irritability, anger and many other disorders develop in their behavior.

Problems that may cause by lack of sleep.

Lack of sleep has a very bad effect on health and it causes many diseases. First of all the negative impact on brain, over weight, diabetes and more ailments.

Due to lose sleep, daily tasks cannot be performed correctly because It depends on your proper sleep, so your your mood and your behavior will be correct with other peoples
and who works with you.

Lack of sleep can lead to health problems such as heart disease's, kidney disease along with high blood pressure and many other diseases, depression is the biggest issue that affects human life a lot.About 35 or 40 out of 100 percent of people have this problem of depression.

It is caused due to lack of sleep. Sleep deficiency is also linked to higher chance of injury in adults and old.We see some young children who are disturbed all day long because of their lack of sleep and often even sick.

Too much sleep may be due to body weaknesses, This is due to many physical weaknesses and diseases such as heart problems, low blood pressure or muscle disease or any physical weakness, all of which cause more sleep due to diseases.

Sleeping too much your physical fitness can become a big problems. In medical terms, over sleeping means more than 12 hours in 24 hours. It is a risk of major diseases and several conditions including heart failure, muscles problems , and as a result there is a risk of paralysis.

If there is excessive sleep, we should first consult a doctor, because excessive oversleeping can leader to many diseases.Most people report that they have headache problems when they sleep too much.

Overeating also leads to sleepiness, which increases stomach problems and headaches.From this it can be inferred that just as the lack of sleep affects the health, the excess of sleep also has a profound effect on the health.
