Healthy Recipe : Potato and Cauliflower Curry

Today, I'm sharing a healthy recipe with you all, which is a delicious Aloo Gobhi Ki Sabzi (Potato and Cauliflower Curry). I hope you'll enjoy it. I've included all the steps with pictures and ingredients for your convenience.

(Aloo Gobi) potato couliflower Recipe: Simple and Healthy Food

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg Gobi (Cauliflower)
  • 1/2 kg Aloo (Potatoes)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2-1 tablespoon adrak lahson sabut dhania paste (Ginger Garlic Coriander Paste)
  • 1 teaspoon red powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi (Turmeric)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (according to taste)
  • 1 spoon zira (Cumin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
  • Garnish: Chopped fresh green coriander, green chilies, ginger slice

Let's Cook ✨

First, add oil to the fry pan, then add onions. When the onions turn light brown.

, add a paste made from garlic, ginger, whole coriander, and green chilies. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

Then add tomatoes and cook until they're soft. When the tomatoes are soft,

add all the spices and a little water (about 2 spoons). Let the masala cook well until the oil separates.

Then add Aloo Gobi (potato couliflower) to the masala and mix well. Let it cook for a while on low flame. Check after 10 minutes and mix again. If the vegetable is not cooked, let it cook until it's done.

After cooking, add a little garam masala powder (optional) and garnish with chopped fresh green coriander, green chilies, and a sprinkle of black paper power.
