There is no gain saying that the food we consume or take in and the liquids we drink affects our body system and in particular, the bowels. Not examining the things we take can cause a lot to the belly. From the topic of this contest “bloating” chosen by @suboohi, we may have at one time or the other, suffered from this ailment. We may have suffered from the ailment as a result of the things we ate or drank thinking it was something else. This ailment really makes one uncomfortable so it should be treated with every form of seriousness just like in the treatment of other ailments.
When a person suffers bloating at first, the causes are not easily identified unless some test is been carried out on the patient to know the causes. And when known, appropriate prescriptions for treatment is given.
I now move ahead to discourse more about the topic.
Bloating occurs when one begins to have a feeling of the stomach or belly geting full as even when the person has eaten. Just like when you have eaten or over feed or drank, bloating makes feel as if you have eaten or drink without doing so. Some tests carried out show that bloating is a digestive problem and sometimes is as a result of so much stress or hormonal changes. It can occour with or without the abdomen having swollen.
One may have a kind of bloating that is not painful but realy uncomfortable at the begining and then the experience begins to be painful later. For some people, it stops after some time and others, it may be an ailment that keeps happening to them.
Every sickness, disease or ailment does not just happen. They could have some traceable causes that shows its root. Now some of the causes of bloating include the folloeing:
Blosting can occir from changes in lifestyles or diets as well which may be traced to constipation
Bloating could also occur when the big and small intestines are blocked
Hormonal changes
When some women are in their menstrual cycle, they may experience or have abdomen bloating.
Other cause include:
Having a difficulty sugar absorbtion in the system
Excess gas in the intestine
Tha malfunctioning of the digestive system
Some of the remedies to cure bloating includes the following:
If an abdomenal bloating occurs, having regular body exercises could help to heal it
Eating more of magnesium foods
Drinking teas made of herbak supplements could be a relief to bloating
Eating more fiber diets
- Look out for anatcids Antacids helps in bring gases to one form to passing them out.
