Environment: the environment of her business is ok she is a clean type she does not like untidy place .
Location: the location of the business is ok but due to the construction of the road that is going on it affects her shop and will relocate soon.
conclusion:
So many business enterprinue don't know how to talk or approach thier customers that is why some business scrambled today. to succeed in a business you need to have a good manner of approach .
