Updates on the on-going work at 208 Azikiwe Road - Steemit training center Aba, Nigeria.
Introduction
I am delighted to bring you all this update concerning our Steemit training center at 208 Azikiwe Road, Aba Abia State, Nigeria. SteemAlive members are scattered across the country and are really interested to learn about developments in the center.
How is the work going
We have completed the partitioning of the center which we started last weekend. High cost of building materials made the work linger a bit, but its now completely partitioned into 3 spaces. The largest space is the training area where guests can sit and listen to steemit lectures. The second partition is a private consultation office for the admin. The third smaller office would also be a consultation room for others. You can see the partition job through the images below:
The largest of the 3 partitions - for training classes
The second bigger space to be used for consultation by admin
The third space to be used for consultation too
Since the partitioning is now completed, the painter moved in yesterday to start his work. He brough all the materials needed to complete the painting of the entire flat. He started from the roof as you can see below. The painting job continued today and is billed to take 3 days in total to complete. Take a look below:

Next, We went to purchase 3D wallpapers for the partition
While the painter was doing his job, the 3D wallpaper installer arrived this morning. We had scheduled to go and purchase the wallpapers that will help beautify the plywoods used in doing the partition. So I and the wallpaper man went to Ariaria International market to get the wallpapers. It took almost 2 hours before we returned because there was serious traffic congestion. I took a few pictures in the wallpaper shop as seen below:

Wallpaper Installation started around 1pm today
After we came back, the wallpaper installer started work without delay. We bought 2 designs, so he started from the training class area of the partition. I was able to take a few shots of the man at work, doing the installation:

The wallpaper installation and painting work went on until 5pm when the center was closed for the day. We arranged to return early tomorrow morning to continue the works. It has been a very busy time for me as we work tirelessly to give the center a good look before kicking off its use.
Our plan is to get the center ready for use at worst from next week (2nd week of April). We really appreciate the support from SteemALive members who continue to motivate us with chats, visits and calls. We usually have at least 1 visitor a day. Today, @marajah visited in the afternoon to see how the work is going and when the center will be ready for her recruits to come. We usually take pictures during such visits:

I want to thank @steemcurator01 for supporting steemalive and projects we run within the community. We hope the center will help us get bigger, better and take Steem to the moon.
