Hello my dear Lagos steemians.
I am so glad @talktofaith(steemalive Lagos coordinator) made another Contest once again for Lagos steemians.

Before I begin.
WHAT IS A MANAGER?:
A manager is a person who exercise managerial functions by being responsible for the administration and controlling of a group of people or organization.

WHAT IS A STEEMIT MANAGER:
A steemit manager is a person in charge of taking the responsibility of controlling, organizing, planning, leading and giving out administrative duties to achieve the set out goal of steemit.

WHAT IS THE GOAL OF STEEMIT:
The goal of steemit is to have thousands of users that create good and quality contents at the same time earn rewards for it,which there is a possibility of the steem value (steem,steem dollars and Tron) to stand a chance to gain value in the Crypto market.

QUESTION 1:
WHEN DID YOU JOIN STEEMIT?
I joined Steemit March 2021,after hearing various testimonies especially from my Lagos coordinator @talktofaith on how the platform have transformed people's lives.

QUESTION 2:
THINGS YOU LOVE ABOUT STEEMIT?
There are 5 major things I love so much about steemit:
1.EDUCATION: Steemit is also a platform that educates you,for instance the crypto academy has made me to understand more about the crypto world and how it works.
One of my favorite topic was when I realized Facebook works in a centralized system and steemit works in a Decentralized system.
On steemit you can learn alot that can help you in your daily life like getting engage in contest to discover alot of things.

2.PAYOUT: Steemit pays you after your post has gotten to 7 days,which means you get paid weekly. It is a very nice system to encourage alot of participation.

3.STOP PLAGARSIM: Steemit does not tolerate plagarsim which is a good system. This way it encourages People to create original content.

4.A PLACE FOR ALL: Steemit is a place for everyone. When I joined Steemit I have a strong passion to cook and get creative with my hands which am still doing . When a newbie join the family I advise them to channel their energy to what they love,that way you don't get tired at all. If you are a cook,a writer,a Crypto guru steemit is for you.

5.ENTERTAINMENT: Steemit is also a place to get entertained by getting to know the way people live,their culture and tradition, festival periods and so on. Steemit also have a community for dance and music.

These are the 5 major things I love about steemit.

QUESTION 3:
MY CHALLENGE SO FAR ON STEEMIT?
My one challenge on steemit is trying to creative quality content to attract votes,yes I do get votes most time when I create original content but sometimes I don't. I have set a goal to find out the way to make a good quality contents that will attract votes whenever I make a post.

QUESTION 4:
THINGS I WOULD LOVE TO IMPLEMENT IF AM GIVING THE OPPORTUNITY ?
If I am giving the opportunity to be the manager of steemit for a month,I would try my best to include a system that will help people like.
1.To have a country steem curators for example steemcurator.nig in every country available on steemit that way if steemcurator01 does not vote your post. You can get a good vote from your country Curators and if you are lucky due to your quality post steemcurator01 can vote you.

2.Hosting an online class every Wednesday for steemians.
Hosting a zoom meeting once every 2 weeks.
Hosting a Meetup once in a month on every country were steemians get together to share their testimonies and the things they did to attract votes to their post.

3.Every day,each country will produce 5 quality post that deserves rewards from steemcurators and a monthly reward for the best content creator that way we encourage people to create good contents.

4.Creating a steemit savings account community in every country to encourage savings for example savesteemnigeria. Every week a weekly report will be posted to see the progress of the savings and votes can be received on the post that way everyone gets a big interest at the end of the year.

5.Creating awareness in the society about steemit by helping others.
The name of the community can be helpinghands.ng. This way every state coordinator will make a post in the community about their project on how they are helping the society like providing amenities for kids education and so on.

These are the things I would love to apply if am giving the opportunity.

CONCLUSION:
Being a steemit manager comes with a lot of responsibilities and strategic plans,but I believe when we do our various parts to promote steemit nothing is impossible.
