WEEKLY REPORT: Steem Representative 27/11-03/12/23
Hello my dear Steemians,
Another week passed and it is a time to summarise what happen last week 27/11-03/12/23
Last week was busy from my work point of view I had 3x 12,5 hours work from Tuesday to Thursday and 9,5 hours on Friday so my whole week was time spent in hospital, therefore, I did not have much time left for Steemit, but even though I did not miss a day.
With such tight schedule it will be continued till August, when I am going to have 5 weeks of different shifts and only 4 weeks of elective normal working day. That is why I decided to have some time off from Curation activities, because my fmaily needs me too.
The routine week on Steemit went as usually successful.

*I was pleased to issue a new post with two new users for Steemit but users who are professional Artist with their own websites where you could see the works and also the information about their exhibitions and both new and old works.
Both users did have low Steem Power that is why were unable to do much activities, just to give them a chance to be able to post, comments and upvotes, I thought to delegate them Steem Power, hope they will have some free time that they will dedicate for the Platform.
I am grateful for the Steemit Team for supporting this "Spotlight" Initiative and for the opportunity to support the highlighted users with sharing the reward with them.

While being busy with work I still tried to be active in WOX community, this time it was a news that Xpilar announced to create an account that will be supporting now two users with a special bonus account. The moderators will be selecting users and nominate them for such upvote.
In order to advertise it and also to raise awareness among many users I create a post with explanation how it will work, we hope to be able to support many who are posting in WOX

Passed week our Curation Team was finishing the month November, there were 27-30/11. We had a good curation days and everything went well without any issues. Curation work included few hours of work on curation day, checking users for their originality, no plagiarism or Ai content. We visited the blogs of users and also made sure that the users who were nominated did not have few high rewards during last 7 days. In order to be fair to other users who did not have frequent high upvotes, we try to nominate those ones.
I enjoyed my curation day there was one last week.

how do you get so much energy I mean it is easy
to read your routine hard shifts at the hospital than steem and then family too. But to perform it's not as easygoing.

It is quite busy time, I am trying to get everything under one hat, but my Curator job is now on hold I am in Curator team in December so it is a month off, less stress :)
