Steemcurator04 and Country Representative Report - Ghana
Greetings Steemit Team,
It is a pleasure and privilege to come your way once again this week with my report of my activities as a country representative for Ghana. This report will be covering my activities as a country rep from the 20th to 27th of November, 2021.

Also in this report will be a look at my activities with the steemcurator04 account in support of Ghanaians as part of the Africa support program, my activities as an official promoter for Ghana, club5050 support and powerups and the work with steem-ghana community and account.
Top 3 Club5050 Posts
As an initiative geared towards bringing good writers within the Ghanaian community to the spotlight in support of club5050 initiative myself together with my fellow CRs continue to monitor and on a regular basis update the community with some of the best club5050 posts for the day.
This has done lots of good for our members in terms of obtaining support from the various curation system as well as motivating them to continue to give their best and all in support of the ecosystem and getting others to also follow up and powerup in support of club5050.
Steem Car Branding Phase 2
The steem car branding initiative as instigated by myself and my co promoter @mcsamm saw it's successfully launch within the week and now the a successfully implementation of the phase 2. The goal is to get as many vehicles in Kumasi to accept our stickers on their cars.
This would not only promote the steem brand but also make it so much easier for the steem word to spread especially in the Kumasi metropolis owing to the fact that everywhere the car goes others will see and read about it and give it a try. We are definitely going to have a surge in signups from this activity.
As it stands now phase 3 plans and preparations are in progress and we are optimistic of it coming out successfully as the previous two have been. Please stay tune for updates in the days ahead.
Promosteem Weekly Report
My responsibility as a promoter also has me doing regular reports with follows of Promosteem Ghanaian Members and their respective promotional activities and Powerups. Initially we used to focus on just powerups and the related percentages members powered.
However for now we geared towards club5050 and so in my most recent report we did a back check for all members who wrote through the community within the stipulated time frame to check their club5050 eligibility in addition to the total powerups been contributed to the blockchain.
Of the 8 steemians captured in the report all were club5050 eligible and a total of 6,618.253 steem was tallied to have been powered up as backdated to the previous month. Things are going to get so much better in the days to come even as we continue to urge members to give their best consistently.
Club5050 Check and Support with Steem-ghana Curation account
As at the time of writing this report the steem-ghana curation account which is used to support Ghanaians on a regular basis have accumulated a total of 20,156.57 Effective SP out of which 50% were as a results of delegations from members towards the support of the community.

The account is used by myself in addition to my other country representatives njaywan and oppongk to curate and support Ghanaians on a daily basis. Members who have delegated to the account in addition to club5050 eligible participants are given priority.

As it stands now the account has been able to issue 101 upvotes to 58 accounts within the last 7 days and would be expected to increase even as the days goes by. I also continue to check members eligibility for club5050 within the Ghanaian community on a daily basis to help curb the tag abuse which has now reduced drastically.
Steemcurator04 Curation Support and Powerup
On the 24th of Nov i got the opportunity to once again use the steemcurator04 account alongside oppongk to support Ghanaians on the blockchain. With an effective power of 243,422.88 SP at 100% manna a vote spread of 30% to 60% was spread for the recipients of curation within the day.

This meant that a vote worth of $1.69 to $3.79 was spread across the recipients. With additional support from steem-ghana and personal support from leaders members are able to earn something substantial on a regular basis to keep them going and also to help support the club5050 initiative.

I also use my personal account on a regular basis to support members and their activities on the blockchain. Having been able to attain the level of a dolphin taking aside the steemitblog delegation my effective sp now sits at 13,299.07, at 100% manna i am able to issue an upvote worth $0.26 which together with support from steem-ghana and other supports go a long way to help others.

With a voting CSI of 14.8% and no self upvote recorded within the last 7 days 58 accounts were supported from my account with 102 upvotes as at the time of writing this report.
Conclusion and Future Activities
Ghana's weekly telegram meeting comes of this Saturday the 27th of November on our telegram channel at the usual time of 8pm. All are invited to come onboard for the opportunity to learn and share. Ghana would be joining Nigeria for promosteem talk show come this Sunday also. Club5050 challenge is still in place and leaders would be looking out to support all eligible Ghanaians.
