Week#2 Curation Report (August Month)| Finance & Technology | Quality Control Team| @steemcurator05
Hi Steemians,
August 11, 2022 was the closing day of the second week of this month in the framework of the competition of curation for articles written in the fields of Finance and Technology by the Quality Control team by using the SC05 account.
In general, this period witnessed a little increase in the number of articles that were curated, which amounted to 118 articles, with a stability in the number of articles that were skipped 57 articles, of course compared to the previous week, a percentage that we see results from the awareness and understanding of the participants to the most important conditions that must be respected in order to be accepted and voted on their articles.
On the other hand, unfortunately, we found 7 articles that contain plagiarism, and the perpetrators will be slandered in the notes so that they do not return to this disgraceful act against the platform and all subscribers who aspire to obtain contents written with individual effort and high quality.
As usual, we review the top stats and curator feedback this week, wrapping up the report with the best articles to encourage and reward them with an extra vote.

The curation activity I did on August 05, 2022, I checked 21 posts, but I missed 8 posts for several reasons:
There are 5 posts using fintech tagging but the writing is not appropriate.
1 Post identified as plagiarism.
Post is in Power Down status (1 Post)
Identified posts do similar cross-platform posts. (1 Post).
The 13 content that has received support are grouped into several categories:
Posts Per Club Status: 5 posts club5050, 4 posts club75 and so does club100 fill 4 posts.
Post Per Domain: finance with 10 posts, then technology with 3 posts.
Posts Per Language: 8 posts in English, 2 posts in Spanish and the remaining 3 posts in Indonesian.
No Club : For curation, I prioritize accounts that are members of clubs, and a curation scheme by giving a higher percentage of votes if the club's status is at club100 or club75, but the quality of the content remains an important point. I hope my curation method will trigger them to continuously improve their club status over time.

There are a lot of articles found under our tag today and one of the most populated days in recent weeks. Although most of them have not been able to produce outstanding content, their efforts are not bad at all.
For the day, I only have the cause to skip only a few articles that are just about 31% of the total articles checked for the day, this percentage is better as compared to the previous weeks when we have skipped articles higher than curated content. There was a case of a retracted upvote the second day after the author was found to be involved in some irregularities, this occurrence has been calculated with the skipped content.
There was a case of plagiarism during my curation day, fortunately, the MOD/Admin of the community has been able to identify it before I got there.
In addition, finance-related content dominated curation for the day after taking up a space of 65% of the total articles curated. The articles curated for this day are written in three languages, namely; English, Spanish and Indonesian. We hope the volume of entries will continue to rise with improved quality in the coming weeks.

During the curation session of the second week of August, I curated 13 posts, which shows that I kept the same organizing rhythm in the previous weeks, on the other hand, I skipped 8 posts with a slight increase compared to the previous week, most of them were caused by low quality of content or they put the hashtag #fintech in articles about the Academy, which we previously evaluated, so in order to preserve our credibility, we do not want to re-examine it so that its author does not have two evaluations from the same members.
This week there is a discrepancy in the languages in which the articles were published with the bulk retained for English at 77%, 15% for Spanish and 8% for Indonesian, on the other hand, we noticed a return of the imbalance between the two areas (77% for finance and 23% for technology) after a week during which remove this gap. This week also saw a significant increase in the spread between articles owned by club5050 users at 62% compared to 38% for club75 with unfortunately absence for the first time for club100 users, we urge users who want to organize higher to increase the value of the club by increasing the value of the sp transferred from the total profits monthly.

The quality of the posts under the tag #fintech was excellent and there were many of the posts that were written very impressively and managed in a very great manner. Some of the users didn't get support from us on this Monday due a number of reasons.
From 7 skipped posts, 2 of the post were skipped as the users have already received 3X vote from the curator in the past one week. While, others were skipped as they were not suitable cor our tag. While, a post was skipped as the quality of the post was very low. So, these are a few reasons to skip the posts this Monday.

This week, there was a serious drop in posts with the #fintech hashtag. Only 15 posts were published during the day, three of which were not voted on. One of these posts was skipped because it did not comply with the club status, the other was not steeexclusive, and the author of another post was found to have plagiarized in the previous weeks. In general, it was observed that the quality of the postls decreased. While English was the dominant language this week, the finance domain was dominant. In Club status, 50 percent of the voted posts were #club 75.

As of today Wednesday (10/8/2022) I have found very few high quality posts. On the day I reviewed 22 posts, but only 18 of those posts qualified for a positive vote.
In total 4 posts were skipped, 1 post for not belonging to any club, a message was left for him to participate in club5050. Also, 2 posts were skipped for having received 3 votes from SC05 in the last 7 days.
Today I came across a post that contained plagiarism, immediately the moderators and administrators of the community were notified, as well as SC01. The comment was left on the post.

During my curation this week, I noticed there was a great increase in terms of content quality and content quantity because I came across a total of 22 articles that met up with the requirements as compared to the 15 articles last week. I had to skip a total of 17 articles for several reasons which I will be elaborating below.
Most of my skipped articles were content not related to #Finance and #Technology, other articles were users who are abusing and violating #club status or not belonging to any club. Other skipped articles were articles which the authors had already benefited from sc05 account 3X within 7-days. I skipped two articles because after checking, I found out that there where plagiarized. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden and all victims should watch out for this act because you might definitely lower your reputation and will evening stop receiving support from the big curators. I curated a total of 18 articles under #Finance and 4 articles under #Technology. This number is somehow encouraging as compared to the previous week. I hope to see more users creating articles under this two themes so as to always stand chances of receiving support from SC05 account.
To conclude, this week was was very good because I could support much more articles. I hope I continue to support more articles in the future weeks
