My monthly report as representative of Venezuela and community curator of Latin America
Hi friends!
This is my monthly report as representative of the country Venezuela and community curator of Latin America for the month of September.
The great team of Cr Venezuela is made up of @adeljose, @edlili24, @mariita52, @tocho2 and myself @anasuleidy, we work tirelessly to fulfill our functions and responsibilities in the best possible way.
Each representative has focused on fulfilling specific functions while continuing to support us as a team, always maintaining the best communication and alliance for the community.
I have supported the Steem Greeters team by welcoming new users and guests to relatively new steemians (this year and with little SP). I recommend join "The Diary Game" and "A Better Life with Steem", who follow @steemitblog, participate in the "Community of Newcomers" community and meet the achievements achievements 1,achievements 2, achievements 3 and achievements 4, I also offer my support to guide them in the process of learning and understanding the platform.

First contest of the month
My main objective is focused on active players, there are so many participants that many of them feel neglected, that is why every day I focus on reading, commenting and voting on the publications of active players, since I cannot make daily visits to all the participants, so I encouraged the community to join and visit, to seek to create ties of friendship and cooperation.
One of my strategies to achieve my goal of visits was the creation of the ❤ Concurso #2... Yo Te Visito, en "The Diary Game" ❤. where the participant had to visit 6 publications, 3 national (depending on their country of origin) and 3 international, an initiative that received the support of 36 steemians.

Second contest of the month
Another common flaw in active players is that many of them only make 1 post daily which is their participation in "The Diary Game", focusing all their focus and making efforts on one post forgetting about the wide range of topics to post and share, hence my idea to create a contest based on completing one in "The Diary Game" in which the participants had to tell a personal and real love story. Concurso #3... Tu historia de amor "Una pagina importante en The Diary Game" This quick contest (09-19-2020 to 09-22-2020) had the participation of 17 users.

Working hand in hand with @ steemcurator02 and based on the new project "A Better Life with Steem" organize Concurso #4... "Hecho a mano con mucho amor", The purpose of which was to promote crafts ** "Craft content" ** [#craftycontent] This contest had the participation of 30 entries of creative and talented women, who shared the step by step of their crafts and trades.

The second season of "The Diary Game" came to an end on September 25, but we were informed that the third season began to run automatically on September 26 and will be an endless season, as will all the information necessary to enjoy the project "A Better Life with Steem"

Among my functions and responsibilities is to use the @ steemcurator05 account to vote and support active steemians in the initiatives proposed by @steemitblog.
First of all, I was following the Lista de los participantes de Venezuela.which was published on 09-18-2020 and last updated on 09-24-2020. Publication in Spanish.
Then we follow the Lista de los participantes de América Latina la cual fue publicada el dia 30-09-2020.Publicación en español.
