Hi @cindycam nice to greet you, responding to your concerns stress is one of the causes for which may appear alopecia, stress not only manifests itself internally but physically as well.
The high frequency helps with this as long as the tissues are stimulated with other active ingredients such as minoxidil for example. On its own the results would be slower but can be observed after 8 weeks of use.
