In the world we live in, there are professions that involve managing danger. Let's think about our daily work and we will realize that this is so.

For example, when we decide to travel by plane to another city, the risk factors to consider for the airline to take us to our destination without problems are several.

Let us consider that the vehicle of our trip is the plane, so that it can be enabled by the airline and the authorities must pass a series of checks by the technical personnel, who must check that the plane is in optimal conditions.

Another factor that must be considered is the suitability of the pilot, co-pilot and assigned crew to handle the aircraft.

Something less evident is the work carried out by flight controllers who must be attentive to flight conditions, check aircraft flight routes, among others.

These are only part of the challenges that arise when it is time for us to take the plane that will take us to our destination, being that for the time of the trip we are only thinking about registering for the flight and having the boarding pass to board the aircraft.

En el mundo en el que vivimos, existen profesiones que implican gestionar el peligro. Pensemos en nuestro trabajo diario y nos daremos cuenta de que es así.

Por ejemplo, cuando decidimos viajar en avión a otra ciudad, los factores de riesgo a considerar para que la aerolínea nos lleve a nuestro destino sin problemas son varios.

Consideremos que el vehículo de nuestro viaje es el avión, por lo que puede ser habilitado por la aerolínea y las autoridades deben pasar una serie de controles por parte del personal técnico, quienes deben comprobar que el avión se encuentra en óptimas condiciones.

Otro factor que se debe considerar es la idoneidad del piloto, copiloto y tripulación asignada para manejar la aeronave.

Algo menos evidente es el trabajo que realizan los controladores de vuelo que deben estar atentos a las condiciones de vuelo, verificar las rutas de vuelo de las aeronaves, entre otros.

Estos son solo parte de los desafíos que surgen cuando llega el momento de tomar el avión que nos llevará a nuestro destino, siendo que para el momento del viaje solo estamos pensando en registrarnos para el vuelo y tener la tarjeta de embarque para abordar el avión.
