PSA: There's really no need to conserve your voting power
Believe it or not:
The more you vote, the faster your vote gets replenished.
In fact, the worst thing you can do for curation rewards is to let your account sit idle with 100% voting power.

Manual voting is what we need to do informed voting. Voting power can be drawn up to around 70%.
this is very damn job from them who have enough power to supports. I don't know why they waste their power. That is very annoying, disgusting job, althought we don't have anything to say them hardly....
